Application Process — Simple 6-Step Guide

Step 1: Prepare your documents
Keep scanned copies of all required documents ready before starting the application.

Step 2: Pay the registration fee (Indian applicants only)

  • Amount: ₹300 (Rupees Three Hundred)
  • Pay online through the SBI Collect link below:

  • When asked for Application Number, enter “Online Application”

👉 Foreign nationals are not required to pay the registration fee at the time of application.

Step 3: Submit the online application form

  • Fill out the online application form from the website menu or by clicking the link below:
  • Upload all scanned documents at the relevant sections.
  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon successful submission.
  • To avoid missing important updates, please add pranav.kumar@ifcai.in to your email contacts/safe sender list.

Step 4: Application screening & shortlisting
Your application will be reviewed by a joint screening panel.

  • Selected candidates will be informed by email.
  • The list of shortlisted candidates will also be published on this website.

Step 5: Acceptance & first-term fee payment

  • Confirm your acceptance of the admission offer.
  • Pay the first-term fee of ₹35,000 or as applicable.
  • Foreign nationals will receive a separate email with payment instructions and bank details.

Step 6: Enrolment & orientation
Once payment is confirmed:

  • You will be issued an official enrolment number.
  • You will then be invited to attend an online orientation session.
