Minimum Eligibility Criteria

(Applicants must meet any one of the following)

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
  • B.Sc. Nursing
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital or Healthcare Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Allied Health Sciences discipline

OR

Experience-Based Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in healthcare, allied health, or life sciences.

Who Should Apply

This programme is ideally suited for:

  • Working healthcare professionals (HCPs) seeking to upgrade their skills and advance their careers in infection prevention and control
  • Fresh graduates in medicine, nursing, and allied healthcare disciplines aiming to enhance employability with a specialized qualification
  • Students enrolled in other full-time or part-time programmes (at this or other universities/institutions), provided they meet the eligibility criteria

Selection & Admission Process

  1. Online Registration:
    Interested candidates must submit an online application.
  2. Eligibility Screening:
    A list of eligible applicants will be published on the website.
    Eligible candidates will also be individually informed by email.
  3. Admission Offer:
    • Admissions are offered against limited seats each academic year.
    • Selection is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility and seat availability, after publication of the eligible list.
  4. Confirmation of Admission:
    Selected candidates must submit the acceptance form and pay the first-term fee by the deadline mentioned in the offer email.
  5. Reservation Policy:
    Reservations for SC / ST / OBC candidates will be as per the Government of India norms and University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines.

Admission for Foreign Applicants

  • Foreign nationals (non-Indian citizens), whether residing in India or abroad, are eligible to apply using the prescribed application form within the stipulated deadline.
  • Applicants who have completed their qualifying degree outside India must submit:
    • Relevant mark sheets and certificates
    • English translations, if the original documents are in another language
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory for admission.
  • Programme fees for foreign applicants differ from Indian nationals:
    • Non-Resident Indians (NRI): Typically two times the Indian fee
    • Other foreign nationals: Typically three times the Indian fee
  • The exact fee amount in USD will be communicated by email after selection.
  • No registration fee is required for foreign applicants at the time of application.
